Meet Charlene

After a decade in the toy and play space, I noticed a disconnect between how toys were being developed and what families actually needed. Despite the industry's focus on innovation, parents were still struggling with toy clutter and engagement.

That's when I discovered the missing link: bridging the gap between industry professionals and real family experiences.

By combining my legal background with hands-on product testing and over 150 television appearances, I developed systems that help companies create more intentional toys while teaching parents how to maximize play value.

Today, I help both toy professionals and parents think outside the toy box, transforming how we approach product development, marketing, and play engagement in the modern family home.
